Yoga Barn is a 1200 sq foot studio space with a rustic, fresh airy feel.  Throughout the day, sunshine streams in the windows and two large original barn doors that swing open to the outside.  Warm white walls are accented with live edge wood shelves, reclaimed barn wood paneling, and industrial metal fixtures.

 

We're located just steps from the B&A Trail, adjacent to the Earleigh Heights Ranger Station in Severna Park. The barn is surrounded by a grassy lawn with giant shade trees, outdoor tables and chairs, along with coffee, smoothies and speciality drinks provided by our amazing neighbors — The Coffee Trailer.

 

We host a wide spectrum of community events and classes at Yoga Barn including yoga, breath and meditation classes, circles, wellness events, talks, movies, dance parties, artist markets, etc.

 

This space can fit 40 ppl with yoga mats or up to 60 ppl for a talk, party, or social event. There is one small interior bathroom for all your guests, which limits the group size.

We offer 90 minute, 2 Hour, 3 Hour, and 4 Hour Space Rentals. View and book packages.

Pricing package includes:

Cleaning fee - $20
Yoga equipment use fee - $25 (8 yoga mats, 15 bolsters, 40 yoga blocks, 25 blankets)

Marketing Support for Public Workshops and Events

Yoga Barn is happy support your public event to support your registration. Here's how:

• Social Media - Tag @_yogabarn in your Insta stories or add us as a collaborator for a post. We will share and help spread the word. 

• Events Page - Email us a summary about your event, booking link, and graphic. We will add to our events page!

• Monthly Newsletter - Send your event info at least 7 days before the start of the new month to be included in our newsletter. 

• On-Site Signage - Design and print a compelling color flyer and post to our bulletin board inside our space.

Additional Notes: 

• Rental clients receive 30 minute complimentary book ends on the front and back of your rental time to support you with set up and clean up at no additional cost. For example, if you rent the space 2-4p, you may enter the space at 1:30p and lock up by 4:30p. If you need additional set up or break down time, please add time to your rental booking. 

• All rental guests are required to sign our release of liability contract. If you practitioner or teacher leading a professional workshop, a Certificate of Additional Insured (COI) is required. 

• Refunds not issued for rental bookings, however if you have to cancel your event, we will do our best to help you reschedule to a new date if at least 3 weeks notice is given, and your event is rescheduled within 2 months of your original booking.

• Yoga Barn does not provide tables or chairs for your event. Absolute Party Rental is within a few miles of the barn.
