Sunday Sound Bath

Service Description

n this restorative class, we begin with gentle breathwork and guided meditation to ease our bodies and minds into a state of calm. The "bath" refers to the immersive nature of sound healing instruments, and using Crystal Alchemy singing bowls, chimes, drums, and gongs, participants will be guided into a deeper state of rest and relaxation through vibrational frequencies. There is nothing to do but be open and receive the healing power of sound. Participants should bring a yoga mat, pillow and water bottle to class. Since we will be laying on the floor, feel free to bring a blanket to make your space extra cozy.
