Seasonal Yoga is designed to align the changing energies of nature and the seasons in a practice that improves physical strength and flexibility, giving balance, harmony and an enhanced sense of well-being. Reclaim your cyclical nature and harmonize with the energy of the season, as we integrate the ancient wisdom and teachings of Chinese Medicine, Ayurveda, and the lunar phases. The practice of returning to our true nature serves as an antidote to the stress of modern life. The style and focus of classes change week by week, month by month — nourishing our health and well being, balancing body and mind. If you don't have one, you're welcome to borrow one in class. An "All Levels" yoga class is designed to meet the needs of a diverse group of practitioners. By offering variations and clear instruction, it allows participants to engage in the practice at their own level, making it an inclusive and supportive environment for everyone from novices to seasoned yogis.
