Service Description

Take time out for yourself during this 60 minute restorative yoga class. Indulge in the serenity of supported asanas as you release tension and relax the body. Feel free to bring a comfy blanket and cozy socks for this practice. No yoga experience necessary. Pre-registration required due to the necessity of using props.
