Service Description
Start your day by grounding yourself in the present moment. This morning, mid-week flow will move us into winter. The class will focus on cultivating mindfulness through breath and movement, helping us to fully engage in the here and now. By setting an intention to remain present, we will be guided to focus one's attention on breath, body, and the movements of the practice. The true gift of life is the present moment. The session incorporates Hatha practices such as meditation, breathwork, warm up, dynamic asanas which cultivate increased flexibility & strength. Practitioners can improve circulation and concentration and reduce stress. The hardest part is showing up!
