All Bodies: Mindset Yoga w/Sound

Service Description
Set intentions for the week, boost your energy and mindset on the mat to carry it through your week! We'll begin with an optional community check in to set intentions, celebrate wins and greet each other. Then we’ll move into some breath work and flow into asanas (poses), to end with an extended savasana (resting pose) with sound bath. Attention given to ways of reducing stress in yoga practice. Slower practice with intention and awareness to energize and ground our minds for the week ahead. Expect more talking and cues for different levels. Beginner- friendly but challenging options available for all levels. Come as you are! Taught with Kathryn's nurturing yoga style with beginners in mind and inclusive, trauma-informed practices from Kathryn's unique background, experience and training. Kathryn’s common saying: “You’re body’s cues are more important than mine” Yoga is for every body. This class is for all bodies: shapes, genders, sexual orientations, and flexibilities who have doctor’s permission to practice yoga. Participating in this class means that you accept others as they are, in their full truth, just as we will accept you. Neurodiversity is welcome.
