Lindsay Cook
Lindsay grew up in the Annapolis area and has a love for fitness, being out on the water, and living an active, happy & healthy lifestyle.
She received her 200hr yoga certification in 2018 with Rebecca Sirman through Yogavibez in Edgewater, MD.
As well as a yoga instructor, she is also a spin instructor at Tribe Cycle. When she's not in the yoga studio or on the bike, you can find her on the water paddle boarding, hiking, or on an adventure with her black lab, Huckleberry.
She loves being able to combine these things that she is most passionate about and share them with others. Lindsay first found yoga in 2014 after an injury to her lower back, and the physicality of the practice caught her interest right away. Especially the restorative & power yoga, as she has always been an athlete - playing soccer, lacrosse and basketball from a young age.
When she decided to deepen her practice and begin the journey of getting her 200 HR YTT to be an instructor, she found the spiritual connection she was searching for.
Her intention as a professional Yoga Instructor is to help students listen to their inner selves and find the courage to step out of their comfort zone. She loves the energy and joy that Yoga brings her, and she hopes that everyone that takes her classes experiences that joy in their own light. Creating not only an enjoyable class for her students, but a full mind - body connection experience to heighten their day!

"Yoga is not just about the poses, but teaches you to be present in the moment, making the best out of every situation, and leaving class feeling the best version of yourself. A reminder to keep Living Your Life Everyday!"
